General Project Information:

The project involves the development of the engineering infrastructure of the 130 km Bushun — Serkhetyaka railway section in Turkmenistan.

The project included the implementation of railway signaling, telecommunications, and electrification systems to ensure safe train traffic control, operational communications, and reliable operation of the railway infrastructure.

Location:

Bushun — Serkhetyaka Railway Section, Turkmenistan

Scope of Work:

As part of the project, installation and commissioning works were carried out for the railway signaling, telecommunications, and power supply systems along the 130 km Bushun–Serhatyaka railway section.

Railway Signaling Systems:

  • Installation of railway signaling equipment; 
  • Laying and connection of signaling cables; 
  • Connection of signaling equipment; 
  • Functional testing of installed systems. 

Telecommunication Systems:

  • Installation of telecommunication equipment; 
  • Laying and connection of communication cables; 
  • Connection of communication equipment; 
  • Functional testing of telecommunication systems. 

Power Supply Systems:

  • Electrical installation works for railway infrastructure facilities; 
  • Installation and connection of electrical equipment; 
  • Laying and connection of electrical cables; 
  • Inspection of electrical connections and equipment. 

Testing and Commissioning:

  • Inspection of signaling, telecommunications, and power supply systems; 
  • Functional testing of installed equipment; 
  • Performance of commissioning works; 
  • Preparation of the systems for operation.
