General Project Information:
MTS telecommunications infrastructure in Turkmenistan includes communication facilities supplied through 10/0.4 kV compact substations.
The compact substations provide voltage transformation from 10 kV to 0.4 kV and power supply to telecommunications and auxiliary equipment at the communication facilities.

Scope of Work:
The project included the installation, connection, testing, and commissioning of 10/0.4 kV compact substations supplied by the Client.
Electrical Installation Works:
- Installation of 10/0.4 kV compact substations;
- Connection of 10 kv and 0.4 kV equipment;
- Laying and connection of power and control cables;
- Electrical connections and grounding of equipment.
Testing and Commissioning:
- Inspection of electrical diagrams and connections;
- Inspection and testing of installed electrical equipment;
- Inspection of the grounding system;
- Commissioning works and preparation of the compact substations for operation.
